2012 Schedule Update

Hello Shootout Teams and Fans,
Longhorn Shootout team registrations have exceeded expectations . . . Thank You!

The Sunday schedule will be determined based on Saturday game scores and will be posted on Saturday evening. Sunday games will begin at 9am and division finals will finish by 5pm.

IMPORTANT: If you have not already done so, instruct your team members to download the 2012 Player Release form, complete all fields and return to your team coach who should bring the complete team package of Player Release forms (one form per player) to the check-in tent Saturday before your team takes the field. All coaches should check-in at the check-in tent upon arrival and before first games.
NO PLAYER WILL BE ALLOWED TO WARM-UP OR PLAY WITHOUT A WAIVER ON FILE.

For out of town teams, blocks of hotel rooms have been reserved at several area hotels to facilitate team and spectator attendance. Please click on the preferred hotels tab at the above address to reserve hotel rooms and guarantee the cheapest rates available.
For teams arriving via motorcoach, please park in the lot at the corner of W 46th and Guadalupe, across the street and slightly south of the fields.
We look forward to another competitive tournament in 2012 and thanks so much for supporting the Texas lacrosse program.

Per Team Registration Fee:
- Varsity/JV - $600
- Middle School - $525
- 3rd/4th Grade - $425

Please preorder your team’s t-shirts via email to hornslax@gmail.com include number of youth size M, L or adult size S, M, L, XL, XXL, XXXL and specify “T-shirts for team name” on subject line for each order. $15 per pre-ordered t-shirt; $20 at Tournament if not pre-ordered.
