For the three of us, life at The University of Texas has been a lot of fun. We all joined a fraternity and currently play on the club lacrosse team, but none of us would say it is exactly what we expected. We were all friends with Scott Caven and we still think about him all the time. Joe did not play lacrosse in high school with Scott like Zac and me, but he knew him well and joined the team this year, and I think we all remember him in some way when we step on the field. I will always remember his determination and the long hours we put in during the summer heat to make each other better. It’s hard to imagine how Scott would have impacted the team, but there is no question that he would have played an important role on the team and other people’s lives. It is nice to see our high school alma mater remember Scott with the field dedication and scoreboard, and we hope to remember him with our play this championship weekend. Scott was a great friend to all of us and we will always remember him.
